Job Description:

  • Perform and manage business valuation engagements for both financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data.
  • Valuation of equity, debt, derivatives, and litigation arising out of shareholder disputes.
  • Financial modelling and understanding of US Tax laws.
  • Financial Reporting and Regulatory compliance under IFRS and/or US GAAP.

Requirements:

  • CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in business valuation field.
  • Ability to think laterally and analytically.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
