Job Title: AI Model Architect

As part of our growing AI leadership team, we are looking for a skilled professional who can design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, and NLP frameworks.

At our organization, we have achieved significant success in implementing ML/GenAI projects like intelligent matching of professionals' profiles based on customer requirements, agentic AI-based end-to-end recruitment platforms which process and summarize customer requirements, conduct online interviews, and efficiently assess relevant profiles, conversational AI engines, detecting suspicious behavior during interviews etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sophisticated LLM models that understand textual data, uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from unstructured information, ultimately solving analytical use cases.
  • Refine and improve the performance of AI models using advanced algorithms and methodologies, enabling accurate predictions and actionable outputs for analytical use cases.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in NLP and LLM models, identify cutting-edge techniques, and continuously improve AI models to address diverse analytical use cases.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on NLP, Deep learning, and machine learning models and LLMs to solve analytical use cases.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in NLP and deep learning, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
