AI Model Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML professional to build and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models, focusing on natural language processing and computer vision.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as real-world experience in developing AI systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI/ML models tailored to business needs
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models or other deep learning architectures
- Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference
- Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience working with large language models, NLP, computer vision, or related domains
- Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
