Job Title:

Project Delivery Leader

We are seeking a seasoned project delivery leader to spearhead delivery excellence and presales engagements for SAP S/4HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge in one or more core process areas: order-to-cash (O2C), record-to-report (R2R), and procure-to-pay (P2P).

Maintaining a proven track record of leading large-scale programs in the manufacturing industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with quality, scalability, and timely execution.
  • Drive tailored solution design and architecture for client business needs, focusing on manufacturing environments.
  • Provide deep expertise in O2C, R2R, or P2P process areas.
  • Support presales initiatives, including workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
  • Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps.
  • Mentor project teams for professional growth and delivery excellence.
  • Foster strong senior-level client stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage additional SAP solutions for enhanced client outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, with 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, emphasizing manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in O2C, R2R, or P2P process areas.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills with strong client presence.
  • Experience in India-based delivery models with distributed/global teams.
Preferred / Added Advantage:
  • Prior Big 4 consulting experience, especially in India delivery projects.
  • Knowledge of South Indian languages to support local client engagements.
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country SAP programs.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules / S/4HANA.
