Job Title: SAP Implementation and Support Specialist

The role of the SAP Implementation and Support Specialist is to oversee the implementation and support of SAP systems across various functional areas. This includes managing projects from initial requirement gathering to successful go-live, coordinating with technical teams, and leading the development of multiple SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of business process requirements and provide suitable system solutions.
  • Map business requirements, processes, and objectives in SAP, designing, customizing, configuring, enhancing, and testing all modules as needed.
  • Review and validate partner proposed solutions to ensure quality and completeness, performing impact assessments on change requests.
  • Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in full SAP cycle implementation and supporting projects in a manufacturing company.
  • At least 5 years of SAP HANA experience in implementation and support (all modules - FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR).
  • Provisioning, installation, configuration, and technical support related to infrastructure, SAP Build, and Operations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong sense of creativity, analytical skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Good communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and writing skills.
  • Good understanding of crops and markets for plant nutrition/Agri inputs.
  • Building collaboration and partnerships, strong stakeholder management.
  • Sound interpersonal skills, good presentation and negotiation skills.

Education:B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, CA, ICWA. Professional and Technical qualifications include ABAP Knowledge, SAP Certified, PMP, Experience of Data Design, Data Classification & Data Security.
