As a key player in driving business success, we seek an SAP Training Lead to spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive training framework for our SAP MDG/MDM solution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement and be able to design and deliver high-quality training materials tailored to meet the needs of our stakeholders.

The role requires exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to build and upskill a Key User network to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customized SAP training program that aligns with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP training or enablement, preferably in Direct Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record in creating training content, running workshops, and upskilling users.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
