Senior Control Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Assessment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of IT General Controls and application inherent risk ratings.
This role sits within our Global Security Services organization and involves responsibilities related to control self-assessments, IT General Controls Assessments, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of industry standards and approaches to control self-assessment, and experience in control evaluation, testing, internal audit, or external audit functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing activities in support of control self-assessment execution
- Assisting with communication of program needs and benefits to stakeholders and product owners
- Analyzing results to identify trends and gaps in the organization
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology or business
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in control evaluation, testing, internal audit, or external audit functions
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience performing control testing and measurement
