Expert in Psychological Assessments

The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate degree in Psychology, preferably with a specialization in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behavior.
They should have at least 5 years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting and be able to lead and support sales teams in engaging with key clients and stakeholders at a senior level.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing psychometric tests, assessment methodologies, and evaluation frameworks that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.
