R&D Psychometrician

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Psychometrician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in psychometric test creation and validation, as well as advanced knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt engineering. They will be responsible for designing and integrating AI-based programs to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development. Additionally, they will contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, revision, and enhancement.

1. Ai Implementation in R&D:
       Design and integrate AI-driven innovation into psychometric processes.
       Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
2. Psychometric Tool Development:
       Contribute to the management of R&D Projects by using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track and deliver project requirements on schedule.
3. Consulting & Client Support:
       Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and personalised reports.
4. Collaboration:
       Work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment.

We are looking for candidates with an MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field. Experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects is also required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong project management and organisational skills, and flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
