Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain master data integrity in the SAP-ERP system.
  • Support current business processes, analyze issues, and implement solutions.
  • Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead key projects for creating, modifying, and deleting SAP Master Data.
  • Provide training and support for material master request forms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create part numbers and master data.
  • Manage Engineering Change Notifications and Requests.
  • Contribute technical data to logistics and trade compliance teams for HSN code allotment.
  • Implement Kanban and backflush for all product families.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, ETC Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience.
  • Diploma in Electronics & Communications, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7-8 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Understanding of BOM & Routing structure and ability to read product drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing working environments.
  • Ability to effectively interact with personnel at various levels and disciplines.
  • Capacity to regularly contact, influence, and negotiate with internal and external individuals on complex issues.
  • Basic knowledge of fiber optics.
