Business Development Manager - OperationsKey Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and execute seamless end-to-end operations on a daily basis ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
The Business Development Manager - Operations is responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve business objectives. This role involves monitoring and executing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations.Some key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and presenting the branch AOP and execution plan to meet set targets.
  2. Delivering AOP revenue, EBDITA through tightly controlled operations and cost for the branch.
  3. Optimizing resource utilization to grow the branch as per the short and long-term growth strategies.
  4. Monitoring and executing seamless end-to-end operations on a daily basis ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
  5. Tracking competitive activities and proposing strategies to counter them while planning AOP.
  6. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting MIS on a regular basis.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop and implement effective plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing branches with at least 2-3 years of experience in supervisory roles. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities may be added or removed based on company needs.
