Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing branches with at least 2-3 years of experience in supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and execution plan to meet set targets.
  • Deliver AOP revenue, EBITDA through tightly controlled operations and costs for the branch.
  • Optimize resource utilization to grow the branch according to short and long-term growth strategies.
  • Monitor and execute seamless end-to-end operations on a daily basis ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Track and share competitive activities and propose strategies to counter them and utilize intelligence while planning AOP.
  • Track, analyze, and report Management Information System (MIS) on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in managing branches with at least 2-3 years of experience in supervisory roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
