Frontend Support Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Support Lead to oversee our small team of frontend support specialists. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills and communication abilities, with a proven track record in handling complex frontend-related tasks, issue resolution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, prioritize, and manage frontend-related support tickets effectively.
  • Allocate tasks to team members based on their skillset and urgency.
  • Ensure timely resolution and deliver high-quality support services.
Technical Expertise:
  • Provide expert-level support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist team members with intricate problems and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled frontend support specialists.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular performance feedback, and ensure adherence to established processes and quality standards.
Client Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide clear, professional updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress (themes & plugins).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets effectively.
  • Experience in team coordination, task delegation, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho.
