About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a System Administrator in a dynamic and innovative environment.

  • As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of our clients' systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including operating system support, network management, and troubleshooting. You will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating System Management: Install, update, configure, upgrade, patch manage, harden, user manage, audit comply, load monitor, os tune, log monitor in collaboration with banks monitoring team.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure systems run optimally and prevent downtime.
  • File System Management: Create, maintain, mount, unmount file systems as required.
  • Audit and Compliance: Attend and close IS audit/VAPT observations IS audit/RBI audit/ISO audit/VAPT/Secure Configuration Document (SCD) points/CISO observations etc in coordination with banks application team and server patch management team.
  • Vendor Management: Provide experienced resources for finding and fixing known vulnerabilities and bugs reported by CISO, security team, and internal auditors.
  • Space Management: Manage disk space, performance monitor in collaboration with banks monitoring team.
  • Server Log Management: Check server logs for failures and take corrective steps.
  • Threshold Value Management: Check threshold values and any breach and its cause/reason.
  • OS Upgradation: Submit detailed plan of action before OS upgradation to bank.
  • SOP Creation: Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) for all system administration & OS upgradation activities and handover to banks team.
  • Troubleshooting: Coordinate with different application teams for troubleshooting of OS related issues.
