Job Title: Data Architecture Specialist

A seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in managing Teradata database systems is required to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the architecture of Teradata DBMS, including TD16/TD17 configurations.
  • Monitor system health and utilize Viewpoint Monitoring & System Health Management for optimal performance.
  • Apply Teradata Utilities: Fastload, Multiload, Fast Export, BTEQ, TPT for efficient data management.
  • Administer user access rights and manage space allocation in PERM, SPOOL, TEMP storage.
  • Optimize workload management using TDWM, TASM, Priority Scheduler for enhanced productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong shell scripting expertise in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Operational experience in Teradata hosted on cloud platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform, including VNET configuration and Private Link setup.
  • Experience with Native Object Store (NOS).
