Job Title:

Procurement and Purchasing Officer

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Purchasing Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about procurement and purchasing, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and electronics engineering.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and purchasing, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and electronics. They should be proficient in Excel, with skills in pivot tables, and have knowledge of SAP. The officer will be responsible for dealing with vendors, raising purchase orders, and managing inventory. They should also have good communication skills and be able to build relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and purchasing of materials
  • Vendor management and interactions
  • Purchase order raising and management
  • Inventory management and optimization
  • Building relationships with suppliers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
