Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a performance-driven culture across the organization, focusing on strategic execution of the Performance Management System (PMS), incorporating Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Institutionalize PMS to measure organizational performance and create data-driven insights.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders to align business objectives with employee performance goals.
  • Develop BSC-based scorecards at multiple levels to assess performance across various dimensions.
Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework
  1. Create BSC-based scorecards for organization-wide use.
  2. Establish SMART KPIs across four BSC dimensions:
  • - Financial: Revenue growth, cost reduction initiatives.
  • - Customer: Client satisfaction ratings, project delivery metrics.
  • - Internal Processes: Operational efficiency, compliance adherence.
  • - Learning & Growth: Training hours, innovation participation, succession readiness.
Performance Management Objectives
  • Generate regular dashboards and performance reviews to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead performance review cycles, including calibration and moderation processes.
  • Ensure objective evaluation of employee performance linked to rewards.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to set and align KRAs/KPIs based on BSC.
  • Implement goal-setting processes that cascade from corporate to individual levels.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in HR with focus on Performance Management and BSC implementation.
  • Industry Preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.
  • Behavioural Competencies:
    • - Strategic thinking and execution capability.
    • - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • - Ability to manage complex relationships and expectations.
  • Preferred Attributes:
    • - Experience deploying BSC in manufacturing or engineering environments.
    • - Analytical skills to interpret performance data for leadership.
    • - Comfort working in matrix organizations with cross-functional dependencies.
