Assistant HR Manager

">Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as an HR Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.

  • Recruitment: Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies, coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate communications.
  • Employee Relations: Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions; serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the efficient processing of payrolls, ensure accurate payment of employees, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have 05-08 years of experience in HR, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
