**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue guest passes as required.
- Answer and route phone calls efficiently.
**Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a communication link between departments and management.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain office supplies, records, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in travel arrangements for executives and employees.
**Office Maintenance & Assistance**:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor incoming mail and courier services.
- Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation and visitor management.
