Job Title: Talent Manager

Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our human resources department. As a talent manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business plan.
• You will improve communication between management and employees by addressing grievances and other issues in a timely manner.
• Your role will also involve hiring and managing staff to ensure we have the best talent in the industry.
• You will analyze training requirements, report to management on key performance indicators, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• In addition, you will handle attendance, leave, and absence from duties, resolve conflicts through mediation, and delegate staff performance reviews.
• You will also coordinate statutory audits, handle workplace investigations, and implement cost-cutting methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Professional certification in Human Resources
