**Job Description**We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead our planning process for Industrial & UXB segments. The successful candidate will work closely with supply chain, sales, operations, and product management to build a robust planning process and alignment with the SIOP.This role is responsible for overall leadership, coordination, and communication of the planning process. Key activities include process improvement, working closely with support functions to ensure revenue targets are achieved, owning and improving metrics such as Customer OTD and Inventory turns, establishing capacity management processes, managing production schedules, and developing forecasts within capacity constraints.**Required Skills & Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you will require strong MRP skills, excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability, analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes. You should also have previous experience with master scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and procurement.You will need to demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.**Benefits**This role offers opportunities for career growth and development, mentorship, and professional networking.
