Warehouse Operations Supervisor

A high-performing Store Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring seamless workflow and excellent inventory management. This key role involves close collaboration with team members to maintain operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store activities to guarantee efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and supervise store staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations as needed.
- Optimize inventory levels by ordering and controlling stock effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of stock.
- Manage local purchases, including cash register operations and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in managing stores in an industrial setting.
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive outlook.
