Joint Registrar

We are seeking a dynamic Joint Registrar with 8-10 years of experience in higher education administration to strengthen our institution's operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as UGC, State Higher Education Department, AICTE, and other statutory authorities to ensure timely compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Support the Registrar in managing establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records, ensuring seamless integration of administrative functions.
  • Handle legal cases, policy documentation, and institutional governance in line with statutory requirements, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
  • Coordinate statutory meetings and prepare official records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Oversee service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain administrative databases, generate reports for internal and external audits, NAAC/NIRF/Statutory submissions, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Guide administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of all student/staff-related services, promoting exceptional customer service and support.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
