We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our Primary Years Programme. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and review the curriculum in alignment with IB guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective delivery of the PYP and foster a culture of inquiry and reflection.
  • Provide guidance and support for teachers in developing transdisciplinary units and inquiry-based learning experiences.
  • Organize and lead professional development workshops and training sessions for staff.
  • Engage with parents and the school community to promote understanding of the PYP.
  • Maintain records as per IB requirements and stay updated with IB developments.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including teachers, parents and the IB organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • IB PYP Coordinator training or certification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching and a strong understanding of the IB framework, particularly the PYP
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to professional growth
