As a dedicated educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of students in middle school. This position demands a unique blend of creativity, pedagogical expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring effective learning outcomes for all students.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum plans aligned with the IB PYP framework, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • Regularly assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback, promoting growth and improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessment results, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-6 years of teaching experience in middle school (Grade 5-8) or equivalent level, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of French language teaching methodologies and pedagogies, with a preference for Master's degree holders.

  • Experience working with international schools or organizations following the IB PYP framework is highly desirable.
