ServiceNow Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow solutions architect to design and implement custom applications, workflows, and UI components. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting and integration background, experience with GRC modules, and hands-on service portal development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps, workflows, and UI components
  • Drive scripting and integrations using Glide, JavaScript, and APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Configure and support GRC modules: Risk, Policy, Audit, and Compliance
  • Map regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT to ServiceNow GRC architecture
  • Build and maintain custom Service Portal components (Widgets, Pages, Themes) using SCSS and AngularJS
  • Deliver ITSM and CMDB solutions involving process design, data modeling, and integrations
  • Leverage Now Assist and Virtual Agent capabilities to enhance end-user experience

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years in ServiceNow/ITSM development roles
  • Strong scripting and integration background (JavaScript, REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
  • Experience with GRC modules and framework mapping
  • Hands-on Service Portal development experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small technical teams

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Now Assist features
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-GRC)
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum-based delivery models
