Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to fill a critical role in our organization. This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create custom ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and scripts that meet the needs of our business.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance various ServiceNow modules to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to ServiceNow instance performance, system stability, and scalability.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications that align with our company's goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist with ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and cloning activities to maintain our system's integrity.
  • Create and maintain technical design documents, test plans, and other relevant documentation to support our projects.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive experience with various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Proven experience in developing integrations using ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) and IntegrationHub.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, platform architecture, and security best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator - CSA, ITSM, ITOM) are a plus.
