Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Project Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on major transformation programs in the banking sector. You will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and meetings
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation
  • Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and change logs
  • Liaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance
  • Support UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams
