Digital Transformation Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced lead program manager to oversee the successful delivery of a Source to Pay (S2P) digital transformation initiative and additional engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management & Delivery: Manage end-to-end program management for the S2P digital transformation initiative and oversee additional engagement. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between business, IT, external vendors, and implementation partners. Facilitate regular program meetings, steering committees, and status reporting. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols. Ensure adherence to program governance standards and compliance requirements.
- Change Management Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests. Help manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of program management experience. PMP Certification preferred.
- Oracle EBS SME Experience in procurement processes.
- Understanding of integrations across systems and platforms.
- Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
