  • Complete transactions across funds as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Address adjustments and investigations as instructed.
  • Collaborate positively with the team to achieve shared objectives.

Governance & Risk

  • Comply with company policies, core values, and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and update business process manuals and training materials.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry who possesses:

  • A strong understanding of relevant superannuation legislation.
  • Skillful use of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a high-volume data entry role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
  • A solid knowledge of technical and compliance issues, including relevant policies and legislation.
