We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to drive the optimization and enhancement of our company's digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining our systems, applications, and Google Workspace, ensuring seamless functionality, robust security, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Oversight and optimization of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Admin Console).
  • Design, customize, and automate processes using Google Sheets, Apps Script, and integrations.
  • Effective management of business applications (ERP/CRM/internal apps) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Development and maintenance of databases, focusing on accuracy, security, and accessibility.
  • Implementation of IT security measures, backups, and data protection protocols.
  • Provision of technical support and training to employees.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to digitize and streamline workflows.
  • Coordination with external IT vendors when necessary.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and related tools.
  • Experience with database development and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
