Technical Writer

The role of Technical Writer is pivotal in crafting comprehensive and clear documentation that facilitates the adoption of new features and products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting new features, maintaining existing documentation versions, and creating user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
  • Collaborating with Product and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality documentation that prioritizes clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Obtaining product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participating in peer review processes to enhance documentation quality.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Providing input on screen labels and error messages to improve the customer experience (UX).
  • Exhibiting proficiency in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing various documents.
  • Coodinating with onsite trainers for required document deliverables.
  • Demonstrating strong English writing skills.
  • Having knowledge of MSTP is required, while familiarity with programming languages is not necessary but advantageous.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Possessing good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills.
  • Being self-motivated with a positive attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.
