We are seeking a professional with expertise in network documentation and structured documentation frameworks to create and implement a comprehensive setup within Confluence. The primary focus is to establish templates and organization for as-built diagrams, contact information, runbooks, and design guidelines.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the network team to gather existing data, convert designs into standardized templates, and train the team on maintaining and expanding the documentation.

  • Design and develop a structured conventions framework for documenting network details in Confluence.
  • Create standardized templates for site documentation, runbooks, and design guidelines.
  • Convert existing network design data into Lucid templates aligned with the new structure.
  • Collaborate with the network team to gather data and understand site-specific details.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new documentation structure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong experience with network documentation and designing structured documentation frameworks.
  • Experience using Confluence as a documentation platform.
