Job Opportunity:

Seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Technical Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining software and hardware infrastructure, leveraging 9 to 11 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop comprehensive technical requirements for product implementation.
  2. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in hardware and software infrastructure.
  3. Design high-availability architectures for product deployment, networking, storage, and virtualization.
  4. Develop network security solutions based on customer needs.
  5. Implement monitoring tools for hardware, software, and applications.
  6. Utilize automation techniques for deployments and system upgrades.
  7. Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues or configuration problems within agreed service level agreements.
  8. Provide expert technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and functional specifications.
  9. Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.
  10. Participate in design reviews of high-level designs and low-level designs with customers.
  11. Evaluate new technologies and innovations.
  12. Generate custom reports and communicate effectively with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9 to 11 years of experience in technical support roles
  • Deep understanding of software and hardware infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements
