About the Role:

We are seeking a professional with strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills to review and edit audit reports and financial statements. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing financial statements for an accounting firm and be familiar with CaseWare/CaseView.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Document Review: Review and edit attest reports and financial statements for accuracy, including formatting, data checking, and grammar.
  • Collaboration: Work with audit teams to produce customizations and unique modifications to attest reports and financial statements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure attest documents meet consistency standards and are error-free.
  • Technology Proficiency: Learn and utilize multiple software tools required for efficient and paperless work, such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe Pro, XCM, DataSnipper, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in an accounting firm or financial statement experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, organized, effective time management, ability to work in a team, handle confidential information, anticipate and manage ambiguity, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
