We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team.

This role involves developing and executing successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track and analyze KPIs, ROAS, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Insights & Reporting:
    • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships:
    • Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content.
  • Brand Initiatives:
    • Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Proven experience handling large digital marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Photoshop for creative collaboration.
