Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to build, maintain, and scale our business intelligence infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and visualizations that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, develop, and manage BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, cloud apps, etc.).
  • Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and deliver effective data solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality data availability.
  • Maintain and enhance data models and documentation for better accessibility and usability.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot BI tools and data quality issues.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
