Job Title: Chief Fund Development and Communication Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for comprehensive fundraising and brand communication aligned with organizational goals;
  • Build, maintain, and expand partnerships with stakeholders, focusing on long-term financial sustainability;
  • Design integrated campaigns across multiple income streams to diversify revenue sources and enhance donor loyalty;
  • Lead the development of effective communication strategies to increase visibility and credibility of the organization;
  • Strengthen stewardship systems to ensure positive donor experiences and long-term commitment through end-to-end servicing;
  • Manage public relations and media relations activities to support fundraising efforts;
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing fundraising and communication teams;
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adapt performance through measurable KPIs and impact analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in senior leadership roles;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with clear objectives and timelines;
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising, partnership development, and team leadership;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to leverage them for fundraising purposes;
  • Certification in areas like Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or Communications is a plus.
