As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies tailored for the consumer sector. Your expertise in media relations and experience within the consumer industry will enable you to build and nurture senior-level client relationships, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Integrated Communication Strategies: Utilize your knowledge of the consumer sector to create and implement effective communication plans that meet business objectives.
  • Build and Nurture Senior-Level Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic PR counsel to position them effectively against competitors.
  • Provide Strategic PR Counsel: Offer expert advice to clients on how to showcase their company's capabilities, talent, and results, strengthening brand awareness.
  • Serve as Primary Point of Contact: Manage media relations, crisis communication, and act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their concerns.
  • Identify and Leverage Global Trends: Stay up-to-date with global, digital, and social media trends to enhance PR strategies and drive results.
  • Lead New Business Proposals: Develop and present new business proposals, presentations, and pitch meetings to secure new clients and grow business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or Related Field: Possess a degree in a relevant field and have a solid foundation in communications principles.
  • 4-6 Years of Experience in Public Relations: Have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong Media Relations Expertise: Proven track record of managing press coverage for airlines, airports, or travel brands.
  • Experience in Corporate Image Management: Skilled in maintaining and enhancing corporate image through various channels.
  • Excellent Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and negotiate effectively.
