Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Visual Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through visually appealing designs that engage and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visual content for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design brand collaterals such as logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other creatives that align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop a cohesive visual strategy that supports our messaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs by maintaining a high level of attention to detail and adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Develop and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and optimize them for different platforms and devices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is an asset.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Creative thinker with excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
