Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

About the Role:

  • The role involves providing technical assistance to end-users with minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills are required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to clearly communicate issues and problem resolutions.
  • L1 Desktop Support up to end-user level including hardware, software, and networking problems is essential for this role.
  • A basic knowledge of concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting is necessary.
  • A basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure is also required.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11, as well as Windows Server OS 2016, is necessary.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, and desktop applications.
  • Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures is a must.
  • Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage.
  • Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
  • Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.
  • Willingness to work in day/night shifts.
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday.
  • Ticketing tool experience will be plus.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT Support.
  • Must be able to support on holidays.
