Job Opportunity: AI Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Developer. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative workflows for contextual understanding of data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Integrate Large Language Models with vector databases and retrieval systems to enable accurate and reliable responses.
  • Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets to optimize AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for Quality Assurance and ensure their accuracy, relevance, and safety.
  • Design and implement prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating the potential of Gen AI-powered query resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts, LLM architectures, and RAG pipelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
