AI Engineering Lead

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that operate reliably under enterprise constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or robotics and hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, or synthetic data generation.

They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of AI systems into production and ensure their successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain large-scale AI systems that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement data pipelines that support AI model training and deployment.
  • Collaborate with research engineers to explore new AI techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
  • Work closely with product managers to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems at scale.
  • PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong foundation in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or robotics.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, or synthetic data generation.
  • Proven track record of shipping AI systems into production.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and MLOps tooling.
  • Comfort working with large-scale data streams and vector databases.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate across research, engineering, and product teams.
