Research Professional

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Professional to support our business growth and project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Market Research: Conduct market analysis on potential clients, identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors, prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analytical reports.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects, track project progress documentation, ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents, update and maintain document control logs.
  • MIS Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads, assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials, support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation.

This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams.
