Our organization seeks a dedicated professional to fill the role of Associate in Security Service Operations. The selected candidate will work closely with department staff and teams to ensure all day-to-day activities align with predetermined service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage settlements and clearing activities supported from DIPL systems.
  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigating measures.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Securities Services Life Cycle processes.
  • Collaborate with process owners, stakeholders, and internal clients to minimize overall risk in the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations or Securities and Custody Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, commitment to customer service, and solid organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and complex situations.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a team environment. They will possess strong analytical skills and be able to identify and mitigate operational risks.
