As an Implementation Team Lead, you will lead the Local Implementation Support Team at Papaya, focusing on supporting implementation projects with clients and providing a top-notch onboarding experience.
The key requirements of this position include:
- Technical Background: Preferably with a degree in Computer Science or related field
- Sound knowledge of common front-end and back-end technologies and tools
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in HR Outsourcing and/or Global Payroll Implementation
- Minimum 1 year of Project Management and People Management experience
- Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more
- 4+ years of experience in an Implementation or Customer Success role
This role requires strong team-working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced international work environment, and a passion for making an impact. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
