Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program director to lead the HR ERP S/4 Upgrade, which will drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency across our organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as experience in complex and multi-workstream implementations. They will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
The program director will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the S/4 Upgrade, working closely with the Tech Project Manager to deliver the build and testing phases on time and within budget.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as the business owner for the delivery and deployment of the S/4 Upgrade.
- Ensuring leadership engagement with appropriate site and HR leadership to keep them informed and escalate issues as needed.
- Focus on the removal of the Vaccines SAP instance from our landscape.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of the upgrade across all GSK markets, with a specific emphasis on the vaccines population.
The program director will also be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate the deployment of the S/4 Upgrade, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support throughout the project.
