Lifesight is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on helping businesses leverage data & AI to improve customer acquisition and retention. We have a team of 130 serving 300+ customers across multiple offices globally.
Position Overview
You will work closely with sales and account management team to understand customer pain points and gaps in their current marketing measurements stack. You will also manage pilot and customer accounts, monitor issues and proactively address and resolve them.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers to understand their requirements and implement tailored solutions.
- Work with product team to build subject matter expertise in Lifesight's offerings and drive value recognition for customers.
- Implement Lifesight's solutions and manage SDK, API and Webhook integration.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on implementation/solutioning experience in Data Intensive B2B/SaaS applications.
- Experience in working with and managing teams across multiple timezones.
- Good understanding of Google Tag Manager (client and server-side tagging).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Past experience as a software engineer is an advantage.
