Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our control assurance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, internal controls, and audit.

About the Role:

  • Lead and support a team of professionals in designing and delivering assurance on Non-Financial Key Controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate reviews and challenges on internal control environments.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of internal control design assessments.
  • Document processes and identify potential risks or control gaps.
  • Adapt to change, multitask, and understand complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of internal control design assessments, documenting processes, and identifying potential risk or control gaps.
  • Ability to adapt to change, multitask in a dynamic environment, and understand complex issues outside their experience and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in financial organizations in risk-related roles.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools (ORMC, MetricStream, SAP GRC).
  • Experience in working knowledge of IT Automated Controls.

Desirable Experience:

  • 10 years' audit, risk, and controls assessment experience preferably with US-listed companies or in control design and assurance activities in Financial Institutions.
