About the Job

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our MEP Design team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international design standards, codes, and regulatory requirements for mechanical water supply, fire-fighting systems, air-conditioning, ventilation, and solid waste management.
  • Develop detailed design calculations for these systems, taking into account building layouts and space planning.
  • Conduct flood risk analysis and mitigation, developing strategies to minimize risks.
  • Create schematic designs for system installations and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and reviews.
  • Manage internal and external resources to meet project deliverables, monitoring and controlling project costs and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with other services teams, including electrical, ELV, fire alarm, PA, CCTV, BMS, and communication systems to ensure seamless integration.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8-14 years of experience in MEP design, specifically in public health engineering, fire fighting, and HVAC services.
  • Proven track record of working with Grade A developers in India on residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
